National Federation of Artists' Studio Providers: Annual Conference, 23 October 2008, Liverpool. The second NFASP conference will look at the cultural and social value of artists’ workspace. Sea Change grant to be fund studios in Torbay

A £2.85 million Sea Change grant will contribute to the Cockington Project, a 460-acre historic estate in Torquay. It will see the creation of incubator units, refurbished galleries and multi-use areas for performances and studio space.
