The National Federation of Artists’ Studio Providers exists to promote and support the work that studio providers to and to campaign to secure, sustain, improve and increase affordable studio provision in England.

Associate studio members of the Federation are groups and organisations which are working towards meeting the following criteria:

• Provide studio spaces for a minimum of five artists
• Offer these spaces at an affordable rent to artists in need
• Provide these spaces wholly or substantially for visual artists
• Are groups or organisations with a formal constitution or set of rules, with genuine artist benefit motives
• Are not-for profit
• Are aspiring to, or working towards, sustainability, accessibility and diversity.
