Bow Arts Trust is recruiting for a Property Assistant to work in the Trust’s busy Property department.
Bow Arts Trust is looking to recruit a Property Assistant to work in the Trust’s busy Property department.
This is a new, full-time role, which will primarily assist in the management of over 200 artists' studios in five buildings and over 60 live-work flats, based on sites in Bow, East London, and Bermondsey, South East London.
The Property Assistant will also play an important role in assisting the Head of Property to ensure that all aspects of Bow Arts Trust’s Property are efficiently managed to maximize income and support the Trust’s educational aims.
There will be a six-month training period, which will cover all aspects of the role, led by the Head of Property but involving other Trust staff. A clear plan of training and induction will be set out upon commencement of employment.
Bow Arts Trust is a registered charity, which offers affordable studio and live/work space to artists in London, facilitates a citywide Education programme placing artists in schools and offers exciting exhibitions and events in its contemporary gallery space.
